Leadership Strategy
The main purpose of our project is to advise a newly appointed supervisor who needs to develop a strong and effective leadership strategy to increase team productivity and/or quality. The aim of the study is to develop a better understanding of what effective leadership looks like, to identify the determinants of good leadership and ways in which it can be fostered. In this project, we provide the better solution for the problem as well as provide some creative thinking techniques to improves the performance and increase the productivity. Innovation solution is a process by which a domain, a product, or a service is renewed and brought up to date by applying new processes, introducing new techniques, or establishing successful ideas to create new value.
This report explains the new strategies to help to develop a strong and
effective leadership strategy to increase team productivity and or quality.
According to the newly appointed supervisor, The first rule of team building is
an obvious one: to lead a team effectively then must establish leadership with
each team member. The most effective team leaders build their relationships of
trust and loyalty, rather than fear or the power of their positions.
The strategic leader
plays an important role as a change driver. The leader creates and develops
change management strategies and evolves techniques to make the employees
accept the changes from time to time. The leader convinces the employees by
projecting the fruitful following outcomes of the changes.

an exceptional leader because it's at the core of nearly all other leadership
skills.

The goal of the project is to attain long-term viability,
maintain financial stability, while smoothly running their day-to-day
operations. This goal can be endangered if the organization does not
effectively and efficiently respond to opportunities and threats by identifying
a corporate strategy.
Additionally, leaders need to pay close attention to performance
determinants by creating vision, flexibility and adaptation, building stronger
relationships and networks with all team members, empowering all team members
at all levels to make decisions and innovate, while at the same time
maintaining tight fiscal controls.
These characteristics should be adopted in a consistent and timely
fashion while considering trade-offs, changing environment, and the need to
maintain a positive organizational culture. A strong executive team can help a
leader to achieve this.
By placing strategic leaders throughout the organization,
monitoring external trends and events can be done at the departmental level.
With this knowledge, the executive team members and leaders can formulate a
relevant, adaptive, innovative strategy that will guide the organization into a
successful future.
