The main purpose of our project is to advise a newly appointed supervisor who needs to develop a strong and effective leadership strategy to increase team productivity and/or quality. The aim of the study is to develop a better understanding of what effective leadership looks like, to identify the determinants of good leadership and ways in which it can be fostered.
