Employees at Navitas Professional Services are responsible for their own health and safety as well as the health and safety of their co-workers.

They need to follow all work-related health and safety guidelines.

·        Use any personal protective equipment that has been provided to you and be adequately instructed on how to use it. Like fire exit door or camera’s.

·        Not to misuse anything supplied for workplace health and safety.

·        Not deliberately endangering others.

·        Not wilfully injuring oneself.

·        Examine the qualities of the job and workplace to determine whether it is a healthy and safe work environment or one that may cause or contribute to poor mental health.

·         High demand, insufficient support from co-workers and supervisors, lack of control, poorly defined roles, poorly managed relationships and conflict, poor change participation, lack of recognition and reward, and organisational unfairness are all factors that contribute to workplace mental health concerns.

·        Instructions for incidents and security notices are seen in the room. Students, better read and obey the rules.

·        Keep every corner neat and clean as well as clutter-free.

·        Use mats for slippery floor or use caution sign board for wet floor.

·        Wear proper clothes while performing any safety task. Employees who will be using power tools should wear the proper workwear when operating such machinery.
